Dual density medium/soft silicone gel heel cups to add heel raise and light cushioning for heel, proximal arch and insertional Achilles problems.

Remove the plastic protector and the device will lightly adhere to the insole reducing movement.

Washable in warm soapy water and air dry before reuse. Talcum powder on the upper surface can reduce friction irritation.
