We want to provide you with great looking, great fitting comfortable shoes.. However when shopping online for shoes this can be difficult, returns happen.

We do provide shoes for some feet that are difficult to fit and there can often be several postal journeys to and from our customers before the perfect fit is found, because of this we do ask you to pay for your return postage.

You will only ever pay for one postage charge, replacement postage is free for different sizes of the same shoe.
