Laser Foot Scanner

We manufacture a large number of high density foam milled insoles on site,  however many of our patients need lower volume orthotic insoles for improved shoe fit. In these cases we use our Veriscan 3D laser scanner to take casts of our patients feet and use a remote laboratory to manufacture.

The Veriscan scans the foot in under 3.3 seconds at high resolution. The two camera/two laser design of the scanner mechanism allows the back of the heel and the margins of the foot to be clearly digitised for virtually all sizes of  feet.
